This is the option for lifters looking to refine their technique in either Weightlifting or Powerlifting. Powerlifters will have a technique review of the big three lifts- Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift while Weightlifters will review the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. You will get one-on-one coaching from the powerlifting or weightlifting coach of your choice, working out kinks, and making sure that you are in the best positions of leverage for your body. Sessions last from 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Technique Reviews are billed based on time spent, at $150/hour. We require the first hour to be purchased in order to schedule your appointment.
