New to lifting? This 3-day per week class begins with an 8-week progressive program that teaches you the fundamentals of the Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Overhead Press. You’ll learn to use the barbell the right way in a small-group setting and end with a max out. After those 8-weeks, the fun’s not over. You can stay in your class for as long as you’d like, and your programming will continue to progress with you. Start as a beginner and leave as a pro.

STRONG HUMAN

HARLEM - $275/mo.

Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm-8:30pm and Saturday 12:30pm-1:30pm

This 8-week progressive program is inspired by the principles of Strongman training. Learn the basics of the Log Clean and Press, Ukrainian Deadlift and more though a variety of functional movements, including lifting, pressing, and carrying heavy objects, to enhance overall strength, power, and endurance in a challenging and supportive small group setting.

Ready to learn the sport of Olympic Weightlifting from scratch? Crossfitters or anyone who “thinks” they have done weightlifting before is in for a treat with this class. Our Olympic Lifting Clinic is designed to offer direct coaching and instruction in a small-group/team setting. We’ll turn you into a Weightlifter.
