CLASS MEMBERSHIPS
All of our classes take place in a small-group setting for more personalized coaching and technique review. We’ll start you out with the basics and progress you into our year-long programming, which is designed to advance you as a strength athlete. On top of that, we’ll throw in a full membership with 24/7 access to our facility. With a JDI Unlimited Class Membership, you get your coaching, programing, and gym membership all in one spot.
STRENGTH GROUNDWORK
This is more than just a workout, this is a comprehensive program designed to build strength, power, and hypertrophy year-round. You’ll train with the barbell the right way in a small-group setting. This is an all-levels class, so anyone who enjoys strength training in a group setting will find a home here. Come as you are, and leave as a pro.

Step into your strength with BUILDING Strength, a Strong Gurls Club class focused on power, confidence, and community through progressive barbell training. Get stronger, move better, build confidence.

OLYMPIC LIFTING COURSE
Ready to learn the sport of Olympic Weightlifting from scratch? Crossfitters or anyone who “thinks” they have done Weightlifting before is in for a treat with this class. This 3-day per week, small-group class is designed to offer direct coaching and instruction in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This is real weightlifting, and if anyone can turn you into a Weightlifter, we can.

Begin your journey, master the fundamentals, and become fully prepared to start class! This is a one-day, course that teaches you the basic barbell movements: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. You’ll have coaching in a small group setting and leave better prepared than you came. We guarantee it!
