This high intensity strength class is inspired by the principles of Strongman training. Learn the basics of the Log Clean and Press, Ukrainian Deadlift and more though a variety of functional movements, including lifting, pressing, and carrying heavy objects, to enhance overall strength, power, and endurance in a challenging and supportive small group setting.
