Build Strength The Right Way
This is more than just a workout, this is a comprehensive program designed to build strength, power, and hypertrophy year-round. Use our single sessions or packages to drop in and get an effective full body workout, or grab an unlimited class membership to get the total package.
What Makes Us Different
Unlike other small group strength classes as a member, you’ll track your metrics so you see your progress, and you’ll max out two times a year to ensure continued progress. Our Unlimited class membership grants you access to our Training App where you'll have full access to the class program. Your main lifts–Squat Bench Press, and Deadlift–will remain constant in the program, but your coach will customize the rest of your workout to fit your needs.
