Dr. Brandon Ong PT, DPT
In House Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist Brandon grew up in Boston, MA. He received his Bachelors in Health Science from Boston University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions. Brandon has a background in powerlifting and strength sports. He specializes in working with athletes of all levels, especially powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, and cross-fitters. He’s learned from industry leaders through numerous continuing education courses and mentorships, which allows him to help individuals experiencing debilitating pain find long-term relief and bridge the gap between rehab and training so that they can get back to training and competing with confidence. When Brandon isn’t in the gym, you can find him hanging at the dog park with his Jindo, Nori.

Recovery Coach
Currently an olympic weightlifter at JDI Barbell Gabrielle Maya is a second year physical therapy student at Columbia University working towards her Doctorate of physical therapy. Promoting healthy movement through strengthening and identifying where we have limitations and weaknesses. Gabrielle's goal is to leave you moving better than you came in. "The more we accomplish, the more I learn. All you have to do is have a body and show up."

Recovery Coach
He has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and has worked with a wide variety of people from recreational lifters to D1 athletes.
He enjoys combining concepts of physical therapy with general strength training principles. His number one priority is to promote as much safe and efficient movement as possible. You can find him training mostly in the mornings. Fun fact: He speaks Japanese!

Therapists use a variety of techniques to help you recover based specifically on your soreness level, irritations or injury. Therapists use movement and posture assessments, percussion and vibration devices, cupping, heat, aromatherapy and advanced manual work techniques including massage to improve performance directly for your needs and requests.
