We are excited to host late-night group classes exclusively for those observing Ramadan! Stay physically active and maintain your strength through the month. This class follows an introductory program to master the main lifts, squat, bench, deadlift, as well as building a baseline of strength through bodyweight movements, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
